2. Room reservation must be made before July 10, 2010 with a deposit of one night room rate. No reservation will be guaranteed after this date or without the deposit.
3. For those who intend to share rooms, please find the roommate by yourself and write down your roommate's name on the on-line registration system.
4. A one night room rate will be charged in the event of no show.
5. A hotel confirmation letter will be sent by CICCST from July 20, 2010 upon receiving your deposit. Any change to the booking should be requested before July 30, 2010.
